Pre Sale Questions
Yes, we can ship to almost any country in the world.
Our handmade squishy toys are made of silicone, which is non-toxic and safer. They are softer and feel very comfortable. The TPR material of squishy toys feel harder, the production process and materials are also different.
We recommend handmade squishy toys because they are made of softer materials. However, please note that their prices are significantly higher than those of TPR.
These products are not edible, please pay attention to!
After sales problem
Since handmade products are specially customized for you, we do not support returns unless there is a serious quality defect.
If the product has a serious quality defect, we will remake it for you or agree to your refund request.
You will need to provide the full unpacking video and order number. We will determine whether you meet the refund criteria based on the information you provide.
