Exchanges

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email support@funnypippi.com with your order number, current address, and the new address. We can change it before your order leaves our factory.

Product Quality
Your items are checked for quality before shipping, but things can happen during transit. Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues. If the product is defective, we will remake and reship it for free.
Note: Handmade items may have minor imperfections. If this bothers you, please consider carefully before ordering, as we do not accept returns for minor issues.

To report a defect, email support@funnypippi.com within 7 days with your order number and unboxing video.

Product Image Disclaimer
While we strive to accurately photograph and describe our products, screen resolutions may vary. If you have any questions about the color, material, or size of any item, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns and Cancellations

Because your personalized items are unique and handmade just for you, a 30% customization fee is included in each purchase. To cancel an order, email support@funnypippi.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will try to retrieve it, but once production starts, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return is processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected. Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We are not responsible for returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
  • Personal reasons such as a change of mind or personal taste.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

If your product is defective, we will remake and reship it for free. Email support@funnypippi.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will remake and ship your item within 10 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@funnypippi.com.
